If you place and pay for your order before 9AM PST on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day. However if your order is paid for on the weekend or after 9AM PST, it will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 1 to 3 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost. Normally, provinces east of Ontario will typically take 2-3 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. 

Please note that unexpected delays beyond our control may occur, which could impact your delivery time.

When tracking your package, keep an eye out for the “Item Out for Delivery” status, indicating that your package is on its way to you.

Also, keep in mind that Canada Post may experience delays during statutory holidays, busy holiday seasons, or in extreme weather conditions.

To help avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you record a full unboxing video of your order. This will allow us to verify the missing item and either issue a refund or ship the missing products to you.

Please allow your order to be completed and shipped, which typically happens by 3:00 PM PST. Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.

If you don’t see the tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders, as it may have been filtered there.
